Hey pals, I am beyond excited to finally share with you, the amazing journey of my passion project, Flow++.

Mobile devices have become the new cigarettes lol… So it’s ironic that I decided to use the same technology to help people discover their potential for peace, clarity and vigour for life. Flow++ or “Flow-transcend-transform” – is a mobile app that offers a unique approach to self-improvement by focusing on levels of consciousness and flow states inspired by over a decade of using myself as the guinea pig.

Flow++ is a manifestation of years of countless campfire discussions, thousands of pages of research and continuously failing and recovering. But I stayed committed with the thought of proving that life is as wonderful as many of my favourite scholars and poets describe. As someone who believes in the power of consciousness and flow states, I wanted to create a platform where people could track their progress, set goals, and connect with a community of like-minded individuals that can extend far beyond our own radius of influence. Together, we could raise the earth’s collective consciousness! If done right, it only takes a little, to do a lot.

I also wanted to ensure I was applying the same concepts and frameworks that balance between science and mysticism, for I have realised the benefits of bridging the realness of the material world, and how it’s ultimately governed by the unseen. We’re at the precipice of collectively realising as a species, that there are in fact “hidden determinants of human behaviour”, as Dr David R. Hawkin’s describes. Pair this with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, all the way to Sufism and perennial philosophy; I have poured a culmination of what I believe to be the earth’s greatest conduits into creating the Flow++ Framework. A framework that assesses and transforms your words and thoughts into science-backed goals and challenges. Drawing from my expertise in digital product management and a background in analytics, web development and writing; my skillset has helped me stitch together an app that my friends and I use, and we hope you do too.

Who are we?

I’ve been lucky to have met incredible people on my travels; making connections that strengthened long after we returned home. Regular catch-ups on video no matter the distance, has enabled a constant exchange of ideas and ambitions. Seasoned travellers know of the unique brand of inspiration made only possible when abroad. Well, we kept it alive and continuously iterated and improved this idea of flow states and raising our consciousness levels.

Knowing that others are on the journey to hold each other accountable, is an integral element of growth. It’s how we’ve been able to develop the Flow++ framework without being hindered by geography. Therefore, we ensured the app offered a non-intrusive way for community to gather and support each other with automated goal-sharing. Personalised goals and challenges adhere to the framework based on your unique “flow state”. This privacy-friendly approach to goal sharing means you can add the goals of others to your growth plan, and exchange words of encouragement and advice!

As we prepare to launch Flow++ to the world, I am filled with anticipation for the incredible impact this app can have on individuals seeking real growth and transformation. With all features available on both iOS and Android platforms, Flow++ provides a holistic and science-backed approach to goal setting, allowing members to track their progress, share goals, and connect with a supportive community of individuals on the journey.
